Ingredients

  • Fresh Fruits: 1 small pineapple peeled cored and cut into bite-sized pieces 2 ripe mangoes peeled and sliced 1 cup red grapes halved 1 cup green grapes halved 2 kiwis peeled and sliced 1 large pomegranate seeds only 1 cup blueberries
  • Garnish & Dressing: 2 tbsp honey 1 lime juiced 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves finely chopped Edible gold leaf or gold sugar pearls (optional for decoration)

Instructions

Arrange fruit:
Arrange the pineapple mango grapes kiwis pomegranate seeds and blueberries in a circular or star pattern on a large serving platter alternating colors for a regal effect
