A vibrant and cheerful brunch board inspired by the jam girl summer aesthetic, this spread brings together sweet jams, creamy cheeses, fresh fruit, and crusty breads for a brunch gathering everyone will remember. It's a lively way to serve breakfast or entertain with color and flavor on display.

I created this board for our garden brunch last Saturday and guests absolutely loved the mix of vibrant jams with creamy cheeses and warm bread. Making it together as we chatted made for a sweet summer memory that was both delicious and beautiful.

Ingredients

  • Jams & Spreads: 1/2 cup strawberry jam, 1/2 cup apricot preserves, 1/2 cup blueberry jam, 1/4 cup honey, 1/4 cup whipped butter
  • Cheeses: 120 g (4 oz) brie, sliced; 120 g (4 oz) sharp cheddar, sliced; 120 g (4 oz) fresh goat cheese, crumbled
  • Breads & Crackers: 1 small baguette, sliced; 1/2 loaf sourdough, sliced; 1 sleeve multigrain crackers
  • Fruits: 1 cup fresh strawberries, halved; 1 cup blueberries; 1 cup seedless grapes; 1 ripe peach, sliced
  • Nuts & Extras: 1/2 cup roasted almonds; 1/4 cup dried apricots; fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

Arrange Bowls:
Place the jams and honey in small serving bowls around your board or platter.
Add Butter:
Put whipped butter in a small bowl and add to the board.
Layer Cheeses:
Arrange the sliced cheeses in distinct sections on the board.
Add Breads & Crackers:
Fan baguette and sourdough slices, and pile crackers nearby.
