- Cured Meats: 100 g prosciutto, 100 g smoked turkey breast slices, 100 g salami
- Cheeses: 150 g aged cheddar, cubed, 150 g brie, sliced, 100 g gouda, sliced
- Crackers & Bread: 1 baguette, sliced, 100 g assorted crackers
- Fresh & Dried Fruits: 1 cup red grapes, 1 cup dried cranberries, 1 apple, sliced, 1 pear, sliced
- Nuts & Condiments: 1/2 cup roasted pecans, 1/2 cup candied walnuts, 1/2 cup whole grain mustard, 1/2 cup cranberry chutney
- Garnish: Fresh rosemary sprigs, fresh sage leaves
