While tahini delivers a unique flavor, almond or cashew butter can be substituted for different taste profiles. Adjust sweetness as needed.

Plant-based milks such as almond, oat, or soy create a creamy texture. Dairy milk can also be used for a richer finish.

How do I prevent tahini from clumping?

Ensure tahini is well-stirred before whisking with sweetener and vanilla; using a small blender helps achieve a silky consistency.

Is this drink suitable for vegans?

Yes, using plant-based milk and maple syrup keeps it completely vegan and dairy-free.
