→ Milk & Ice
06 - 1/2 cup plant-based milk, such as almond, oat, or soy
07 - 1 cup ice cubes
# Directions:
01 - In a small mixing bowl or pitcher, whisk together tahini, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt until the blend is smooth and fully emulsified.
02 - Distribute ice cubes evenly into two tall serving glasses.
03 - Pour cold brew coffee equally into both glasses over the ice.
04 - Add half of the prepared tahini blend to each glass, then stir thoroughly to integrate.
05 - Pour plant-based milk into each glass, gently stir to achieve a creamy consistency. Adjust sweetness if desired, and serve immediately.
