Mini Pancake Cereal Breakfast

Featured in: Everyday Easy Dishes

Bite-sized pancakes are cooked until golden, then served in a bowl just like breakfast cereal. The crispy edges and fluffy interiors make them irresistible. Top with maple syrup, honey, or pour over milk for a playful twist. Fresh berries or sliced banana add brightness, and chocolate chips or cinnamon can boost flavor. Ready in about 30 minutes, these treats are best enjoyed warm but can be reheated. Suitable adaptations make it possible for dairy-free diets, making this dish a crowd-pleasing morning option for all ages.
