Instructions

Preheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare Cinnamon Sugar:
Mix 1/4 cup sugar with 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon in a small bowl. Set aside.
Mix Dry Ingredients:
Whisk together flour, 2 tbsp sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.

Bake:
