# Directions:

01 - Set out four large mason jars or clear tumblers for assembly.
02 - Roll or fold each slice of salami, ham, and prosciutto, then place them at the bottom of each jar.
03 - Add cubes of Manchego and cheddar, followed by mozzarella balls above the meats in each jar.
04 - Distribute cherry tomatoes, green olives, cornichons, and roasted red pepper slices over the cheese layer for contrasting color.
05 - Insert grissini breadsticks, assorted nuts, and pretzel bites to provide texture and crunch throughout the jar.
06 - Tuck seedless grapes and dried apricots along the sides of each jar to add brightness and sweetness.
07 - Finish each jar with fresh basil leaves. Serve with a spoonful of mustard and a drizzle of honey, either on top or on the side for dipping.
