01 - Combine chopped romaine lettuce, cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and croutons in a large bowl. Toss thoroughly with tongs to coat all ingredients evenly. Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Adjust dressing quantity if desired. Set mixture aside.
02 - Warm flour tortillas in a large skillet over medium heat for 15 to 30 seconds per side until pliable, or microwave between paper towels for 15 to 30 seconds. Keep warmed under a kitchen towel to maintain softness.
