08 - 4 flour tortillas or wraps, 10-inch diameter

# Directions:

01 - Combine chopped romaine lettuce, cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and croutons in a large bowl. Toss thoroughly with tongs to coat all ingredients evenly. Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Adjust dressing quantity if desired. Set mixture aside.
02 - Warm flour tortillas in a large skillet over medium heat for 15 to 30 seconds per side until pliable, or microwave between paper towels for 15 to 30 seconds. Keep warmed under a kitchen towel to maintain softness.
03 - Place the warmed tortillas on a clean work surface. Distribute the salad filling evenly among the tortillas, positioning it centrally on each.
04 - Fold the sides of each tortilla inward, then roll up tightly burrito-style to enclose the filling. Secure with a toothpick if necessary to maintain shape.
05 - Serve the wraps whole or halved as preferred.
