# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 325°F.
02 - Pat roast dry with paper towels and place in a large Dutch oven or roasting pan with a tight-fitting lid.
03 - Sprinkle dry onion soup mix evenly over the top of the roast.
04 - Pour beef broth around the roast, avoiding pouring directly onto the seasoning.
05 - Cover tightly with lid or aluminum foil and roast for 3 hours until fork-tender.
06 - Remove from oven, let rest 10 minutes, then slice or shred and serve with pan juices.
