# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 300°F. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
02 - Remove tough stems from kale and tear leaves into bite-sized pieces.
03 - Place kale pieces in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and optional spices. Toss to coat evenly.
04 - Spread kale pieces in a single layer on the prepared baking sheets without overlapping.
05 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, rotating baking sheets halfway through until edges are crisp but not browned. Monitor closely to prevent burning.
06 - Remove from oven and allow kale chips to cool for a few minutes before serving.
