# Ingredient List:
→ Snack Bar Base
01 - 2 cups rolled oats
02 - 1/2 cup almond butter or peanut butter
03 - 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
04 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
05 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - Pinch of salt
→ Homemade Gummies
07 - 1 cup 100% fruit juice, such as apple, berry, or orange
08 - 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
09 - 2 to 3 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
→ Mash-Up Toppings
10 - 1 cup freeze-dried fruit, lightly crushed
11 - 1 cup freeze-dried candy, crushed or chopped
# Directions:
01 - Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, ensuring sides are covered for easy removal.
02 - In a large bowl, thoroughly mix rolled oats, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Press the mixture evenly into the pan. Refrigerate until firm while preparing the gummies.
03 - Pour 100% fruit juice into a small saucepan. Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over the juice and let stand five minutes. Gently heat over low, stirring until fully dissolved. Add honey or agave, blend well, and pour into a parchment-lined small dish. Refrigerate for 45 to 60 minutes until set.
04 - Once chilled and firm, unmold the set gummies and cut into small cubes.
05 - Remove oat base from refrigerator. Evenly distribute homemade gummy cubes, crushed freeze-dried fruits, and chopped freeze-dried candy over the surface. Gently press toppings into the oat base.
06 - Refrigerate the pan for 10 to 15 minutes to fully set the toppings.
07 - Lift the set mixture out using the parchment paper. Slice into uniform bars and serve.
