# Directions:
01 - Place the large sugar cookie or rice cake on a serving platter to form the face.
02 - Spread an even layer of vanilla or cream cheese frosting over the surface; swirl in peanut butter if using.
03 - Distribute tinted shredded coconut along the top and sides of the base to resemble straw hair.
04 - Line mini chocolate cookies above the hair to form a hat; optionally place a marshmallow on top as the hat’s tip.
05 - Use mini chocolate chips or candies for eyes; optionally slice marshmallows in half for larger eyes and place a chocolate chip at the center of each.
06 - Arrange orange jelly beans or M&Ms into a triangle shape to create the nose.
