01 - 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
02 - 2 cans (15 oz each) sliced peaches in syrup, drained
03 - 1/4 cup packed brown sugar

05 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

07 - Icing packets from cinnamon roll cans
08 - 1/2 cup chopped pecans, optional
# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.
02 - Separate cinnamon rolls and slice each into quarters. Reserve icing packets for topping.
03 - In a large bowl, combine drained peach slices, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Toss gently until fruit is evenly coated.
04 - Scatter half of the cinnamon roll pieces evenly in the prepared dish. Top with half of the peach mixture, spreading gently to distribute.
05 - Layer the remaining cinnamon roll pieces and peaches. Drizzle melted butter evenly across the surface.
06 - Place in oven and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until the cinnamon rolls are baked through and golden brown.
07 - Cool casserole for 10 minutes. Drizzle reserved icing evenly over casserole and sprinkle with chopped pecans if desired.
08 - Serve warm by spooning portions into bowls. Enjoy plain or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
