# Directions:
01 - Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped onion. Sauté until fragrant and onions turn translucent, for approximately 2 minutes.
02 - Add ground beef to the skillet. Break up meat with a spatula and cook until well-browned and no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
03 - Reduce heat to medium. Stir in gochujang, soy sauce, brown sugar, and rice vinegar. Mix thoroughly to coat beef evenly.
04 - Fold in julienned carrots and cook for 2 minutes. Add baby spinach and stir until wilted.
05 - Add cooked white rice to skillet. Toss all ingredients together until rice is heated and ingredients are well incorporated.
06 - Sprinkle sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds over the skillet. Serve immediately, ensuring even garnish.
