01 - 7 oz dark or milk chocolate, chopped

02 - 2 tbsp colored sprinkles
03 - 2 tbsp mini sugar pearls or edible stars
04 - 12 pretzel sticks (for tree trunks)

05 - 1 tsp coconut oil (for glossier chocolate)
# Directions:
01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Melt chopped chocolate and coconut oil (if using) in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
03 - Transfer melted chocolate into a piping bag or small zip-top bag, snipping off a tiny corner for piping.
04 - Place pretzel sticks evenly spaced on the parchment; these will form the tree trunks.
05 - Pipe zigzag lines of chocolate over each pretzel stick, shaping a triangle to resemble a Christmas tree.
06 - While chocolate is still wet, immediately sprinkle with colored sprinkles and sugar pearls.
07 - Allow trees to set at room temperature for 30 minutes or refrigerate for 10 minutes until firm.
08 - Carefully peel trees off parchment and serve or package as gifts.
