# Directions:
01 - Using a bee-shaped or oval cookie cutter, cut bee shapes from the sandwich bread slices.
02 - Spread cream cheese or hummus evenly on half of the bread cutouts. Drizzle honey if preparing a sweet variation.
03 - Layer thin slices of cucumber and carrot onto the spread bread slices, then top each with a second bread cutout to complete the sandwiches.
04 - Slice black olives into thin rings for bee stripes and small pieces for eyes. Arrange olives gently on top of the sandwiches, pressing lightly into the spread.
05 - Insert two short pieces of chive into each sandwich to serve as antennae.
06 - Place the bee sandwiches on a large serving board and surround them with cherry tomatoes, baby carrots, grapes, strawberries, mini pretzels, cheese cubes, and fresh herbs.
