01 - 24 large fresh strawberries, hulled
→ Chocolate
02 - 7 oz dark chocolate (60–70% cocoa), chopped
03 - 1 teaspoon coconut oil or neutral vegetable oil

04 - 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios
05 - 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
06 - 2 tablespoons white chocolate, melted for drizzling
# Directions:
01 - Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries, hull if not already done. Thread 3 strawberries onto each skewer and set aside.
02 - Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together using a double boiler or microwave in short bursts, stirring until smooth.
03 - Line a tray with parchment paper to place dipped skewers.
04 - Hold each skewer and dip the strawberries partially or fully into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
05 - Place the skewers on the tray and sprinkle with chopped pistachios or shredded coconut if desired. Optionally drizzle with melted white chocolate.
06 - Refrigerate the skewers for 15 minutes or until the chocolate has fully set. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
