# Directions:
01 - Set oven temperature to 350°F and prepare a large baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly mix shredded chicken, sausage, cheddar cheese, Bisquick, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and smoked paprika if using.
03 - Pour in whole milk and blend all ingredients until fully incorporated; using your hands may be necessary for even mixing.
04 - Portion the mixture with a tablespoon or small cookie scoop and roll into uniform spheres approximately 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each ball.
05 - Place baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 22 to 25 minutes until the balls develop a golden brown exterior and are cooked through.
06 - Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving warm, ideally accompanied by a preferred dipping sauce.
