# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and line an 8x8-inch cake pan.
02 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
03 - In a separate bowl, combine vegetable oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
04 - Blend wet and dry mixtures until batter is smooth. Fold in 1/3 cup rainbow sprinkles.
05 - Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 22 to 25 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow cake to cool completely.
06 - Beat softened butter until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar, milk, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Whip until frosting is light and fluffy.
07 - Slice cooled cake into 1-inch cubes.
08 - Lay out each tortilla. Spread a thin layer of frosting down the center, add several cake cubes, extra sprinkles, and mini marshmallows if desired.
09 - Roll up tortillas tightly while tucking in the sides. Repeat with all remaining tortillas and fillings.
10 - Slice each wrap in half. Optionally, drizzle with extra frosting and sprinkles. Serve immediately.
