# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine red bell pepper, zucchini, red onion, cremini mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes. Toss with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
03 - Spread seasoned vegetables evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 15–18 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
04 - On a floured surface, roll out prepared pizza dough to a 12-inch circle. Transfer dough to a lightly greased pizza pan or baking sheet.
05 - Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a border for the crust. Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
06 - Arrange roasted vegetables evenly over the cheese. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
07 - Bake pizza for 12–15 minutes, until the crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbly.
08 - Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley and red pepper flakes, if desired. Slice and serve warm.
