# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • You get all the comfort of apple pie without turning on the oven or dirtying more than one bowl
  • The texture becomes somewhere between ice cream and a creamy granola bar, satisfying that frozen treat itch in under fifteen minutes of active work
02 -
  • Do not skip the parchment paper because frozen yogurt will cement itself to metal and you will end up chipping away at it with a butter knife
  • Pressing the toppings in is non negotiable or half your mix-ins will end up at the bottom of the freezer bag
03 -
  • Use a rimmed baking sheet even if it feels like overkill because the yogurt can shift during freezing
  • If your freezer runs cold, check after two hours since over freezing can make the bark unpleasantly hard
