# Directions:
01 - In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until fully blended.
02 - Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and gently scramble until just set. Remove from heat.
03 - Wipe the skillet clean. Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute scrambled eggs over half of each. Top with apple slices and grated cheddar cheese. Fold tortillas to enclose filling.
